above 80% of real estate in Germany were prior to the year 1990 built. Many of these properties have poor energy efficiency and are becoming increasingly expensive for tenants due to rising energy prices. We are therefore happy, this renovation project 80 Residential units to form an efficiency house 55 to be allowed to accompany EE. By switching to regenerative energies to generate heat and electricity and by carrying out insulation measures, the ancillary costs remain stable and affordable in the long term.
