E.ON

We support E.ON in developing a digital sales platform for the German energy market. To be successful in the digitization race, a transformation of the traditional E.ON sales business is required. The focus is on the development of a modern digital infrastructure and the support of the agile transformation to an interdisciplinary way of working.
The project has already succeeded, to quickly stabilize the digital sales platform with a software solution and prepare it for future growth. It was the vision, build the digital distribution platform, to implement new products in the platform in short sprints and then to activate the platform for other national and regional E.ON brands.
